Speaking Out For Those Who Can't

We can't put an end to human cruelty of animals. But can bring

about change to minify it by the same method used to minify

cruelty to human slaves categorized as property. No, not

a terrible war, but by merely freeing them from the

stigma of property.

I am at war with people that abuse, torture,

and wantonly kill animals,

any animal human or non human, in the name

of impulse, greed, need, interest, religion or personal choice.

We all need to start boycotting goods made in china. I know it's sometimes difficult with big items like cars and computers since conceivably, parts may be made there, but certainly things like clothing, shoes, accessories, appliances, etc, are doable. Last year I went from store to store looking for a pair of boots not made with animal products and not made in China. I finally had to give up and go on line and wound up with a nice pair of vegan boots made in Europe. when I did some clothing shopping at a well known store (whose name escapes me at the moment), I picked up some items that I might have considered purchasing, but as soon as I saw the Made in China label, I was not going to buy them. I even mentioned this to the store manager. Recently, I wanted a picture frame for a photo i had taken of the son of a friend of mine, but I was very hard pressed to find one not made in C, but one day, while shopping for toiletries, I happened upon a frame made in USA!, and it fit perfectly. It can be done!

China eliminating all dogs in Hanzhong city
In response to eight cases of human rabies, the authorities in Hanzhong City, in China's northwest Shaanxi Province, have started the widespread killing of dogs in order to make the city a dog-free zone. Thousands of stray and owned dogs are being killed by literally beating them to death.

In some areas, local officials notified dog owners that they needed to kill their dogs on the 20th or 21st of May. If they didn't, the police would kill the dogs and the owner would need to pay $100 chinese yuan (around USD 15) as a destroying fee.

More than 20,000 dogs have already been killed over the last two and a half months. And the killing continues indiscriminately, whether vaccinated pet dogs or stray dogs.......
